Obviously he would need a source(s) in both countries to do so. His International arrest Warrant was wrongly worded and has been sent back for correction. Should it return and the wording is agreed as being correct, then he will be arrested by British Police, immediately. He will then be forwarded to, presumably, Sweden for trial.
