Well if they are not hitting defenceless students on the head with solid battens, leading to possible brain damage, they are attacking the disabled in their wheel chairs and dumping them across a busy road on the opposite pavement from the chair. Or they just hit from behind people going home from their work and kill them. They get off scot free from each and every incident. Who are these animals? Oh members of the British Police, of course.
Now not ALL Police persons are bad only about 90% of them. The others work in offices pushing pens and surfing the net.
