Fabulous idea !! I can think of a few right off the top of my head ! All companies using "push 1 for this" "push 2 for that" and "push 29" for the other then when you get there it is "push 1" for that all over again.
When you finally get there the person dealing with your enquiry is off ill today.
I'll be nominating everyone of those !!!
