Don't know how much of a difference it will make. I can go to any Post Office NOW and withdraw cash and pay bills using either a Debit or Credit Card.
Anyone with any sense should set up Internet Banking via your computer. You can then do any banking, without withdrawing cash, 24 hours a day seven days a week and you don't need to get out of bed!!!!
