For those reading this abroad, it describes, perfectly, the difference between UK Local Councillors and our Member's of Parliament.
Local Councillors go to local strip clubs on "fact finding" missions at tax payers expense.
Our Member's of Parliament, having much more skill, go to Barbados, normally during the UK winter, to go to Strip Clubs on "fact finding" missions at tax payers expense, of course!!!!.
