In my humble opinion, China now rules the World. Remember the garden see saw? Well America is on the right hand and Russia is on the left hand, with China sitting in the middle. Then, they need only move,a little, one way or the other,to influence world events,greatly.
The sleeping lion,need only roar,as life gallops onwards.
