EXCLUSIVE: Mexican 'Miracle Man of the Pacific Ocean' gives his first account of how he survived 13 months adrift before washing up 8,000 miles away |
I called the last one of these epic voyages as a fake and I was right. This one, well, I'm on the fence. To live on a diet of fish, turtles and some birds, I suppose could be possible. However to rely on rainwater and blood is where I have a problem. It is said that after three/four days, without water, the body dries up,kidney problems arise and the body dies.
Now it does not rain that often in the Pacific, does it? Did he store it in turtle shells? Nope, haven't quite decided yet,but I doubt it.
