I reckon that I do all right at the shopping game. I have two chest freezers and a fridge/freezer and therefore have plenty storage which is a must to win.!
I buy my groceries via computer and have them delivered from Tesco. I have pretty much the same monthly menu. So when things that I like are on offer, I buy them and freeze them. Even milk and bread,everything containing water can be frozen. When they go back up,I don't have to buy as I have plenty.
