All that Scotland has to do is announce a 10% tax rate and huge companies will set up their offices in Scotland. In addition we still have oil and gas fields which have not even been opened up yet off the Western Isles and further out into the Atlantic round Rockall.
Many people, living in England, are setting up limited companies in Scotland.When Scotland becomes independent, they will be considered as non dom working abroad. Therefore they will pay no tax at all!!
