Most of Canada dealing with miserable winter weather: Wind chills of -50 C in Manitoba, freezing rain in Toronto, blackouts in Newfoundland |Honest ! It's Winter,it happens every year about the same time and lasts about 10 weeks. Then things get better.
Put the heating on,open a bottle of wine and put some good sounds on the stereo,until it's over.
