Killing that sparked U.K. riots deemed lawful
The riots, in London,England were notable for one amazing thing which,as usual,went practically unnoticed. The BBC issued a memo, to all reporters and talking heads, to report the riots as happening in England,which was true and not, as was their usual position, that bad news is UK or Britain. Good news always happens in England according to the English Broadcasting Cartel and the Daily Mail.
