This is a bit of a stretch!! Gaddafy liked his rhetoric like any other dictator. I can't see that a phrase uttered the night prior to Yvonne Fetcher's death could possibly relate.Gaddafy would know that his transmissions would be intercepted.
In any case who would know where any one cop would be and why her in particular?
