I would want to know what happened prior to the biker hitting the breaks. Was the RR driver,hardly a people's car, being a jerk,blowing his horn and gesticulation, as the bikers swarmed past? This activity would certainly lead to retribution. The biker slams on and then accelerates which is called 'a noise up'.
The RR driver may have been trying to look everywhere, instead of staying in lane and looking ahead. Hence bump.
Bikes are like the fighters,in wartime,zipping round the bombers. Most bikers can handle their machines.They don't want to be held up and generally whizz passed cars and trucks on any side.
If you see a number of bikers, in the mirror,move over and let them by. In traffic,just hold your lane,they will get round you.
