It could happen tomorrow or later.

The largest undersea volcano in Europe may fall apart and engulf Southern Italy! It is is bursting with magma and it's fragile walls are only just holding it back.
The Marsali is 9,800 feet tall and is located about 160 miles southwest of Naples,Italy. However it has never erupted during recorded history. It is 70 Km long and 30 Km wide. The crater is 450 metres beneath the Tyrrhenian Sea. If the walls loosen then millions of cubic metres of matter could be released. The resultant tsunami wave could strike the coasts of Campania, Calabria and Sicily.
