SuperStation95 - FUKUSHIMA NUCLEAR PLANT HIT WITH 5.8 EARTHQUAKE
Many people raise the question 'why are nuclear plants built on fault lines?' I believe that I have the ominous answer to this question.
If a plant goes crazy, the bottom burns out and the nasty stuff goes down into the earth to remain toxic for thousands of years. At the bottom of these faults is a mass of very hot molten magma and I am sure that the idea is that the nasty stuff could be burned by this magma.
Of course, they can't ever test my theory, as it would mean deliberately ruining a multi billion dollar reactor by putting it into melt down.
