London cyclist calls driver a f***king c**t after he is nearly knocked over | Daily Mail Online
Am I the only one who thinks that the car driver was to blame?? This looks like the old flash of headlights problem. Yes there is a row of stuck cars and one allows a car out. The waving or flashing light driver has no legal authority to wave the car out.
The car can only legally come out of the junction when it is clear and safe to do so even if it takes days!!
No law says that the cyclist needs to travel in the bike lane. How do they turn right,for instance? Yes the biker is on the wrong side of the road but is moving forward.
So it was NOT clear for the junction driver to move out and turn right !!!
