White van man REFUSES to pull over to let an ambulance pass him | Daily Mail Online
As far as I remember my road law, only a vehicle,under police escort,has right of way! It is voluntary that other drivers either stop or move out of the way of a fire engine or ambulance or a doctor with a green light. Everyone must move out the way for the police.
Sure WV man/woman was silly, but did not break the Law, whereas the Ambulance driver certainly did, by undertaking on a motorway.
