This supposed International Court was a total fiction with Kevin Anett,an unfrocked Canadian minor church minister playing all the arts via E Mail in a similar way to Julian Assange.
Annett lived the high life in Europe, backed financially by some dotty old dame with loadsamoney which he spent freely with his girlfriend. He took in Albert Webre,who gave him a video platform and then proceeded to issue all sorts of E mails from different members of his group to build u a narrative.
He has since disapeared
