General in Cash-Strapped NATO Complains About Russian Military Superiority
Don't now why he is moaning now. Russia has always had superior numbers of men and tanks than NATO which,in the event of a Russia v USA war, was only there to slow the Russians down a little bit before they overran Europe.
America would have flattened Europe with nukes, to save themselves, no matter which nationalities were there. Europe was just to be like a swamp, to slow Russia down and would be totally expendable.
