I have used Tesco delivery service for years and have been delighted with it. The vans must have a driver and be bought,insured,serviced,repaired and road taxed. All of these costs must be passed on.
I had no problem with the £25 minimum order.Today I find that the minimum is now £40 which seems high.
My normal twice monthly delivery amounts to about £45 to £55 per order. The delivery charges vary from £1 to £5 depending on which time you book. Now this don't pay the diesel, never mind any other costs.
Come on Tesco make it £30 minimum and a fiver delivery and be fair.
