As most school kids will tell you,copper wire expands and contracts dependent on heat or cold. Power cables are snapping in India and will probably do so in Pakistan until the Monsoon rains happen.
Goa,in the West,was first to suffer followed by India and then the rains came chasing the heat eastward over Pakistan.
