Why Won't Obama Ban Air Travel From Countries Where Ebola Is Out Of Control?
The problem is the hub system of air travel. There are very few direct flights from West Africa to USA. People stop over and change planes in Belgium or Holland. So a planeload landing at Newark or Dulles has come from Europe and not Africa. It is up to staff to question everybody arriving from anywhere which will delay transit and choke up airports.
