This proposed Internet Tax,in Hungary, is just a way to try and make money for the Government. They want about 60 cents (uS) for every gigabyte of info downloaded  Nothing to do with surfing or reading,just downloading.

So how are they gonna charge it?  Joe sixpack buys a computer and piggy backs onto a neighbours connection. Or joe uses a university or school or public building or cyber cafe hook up. Or joe gets a normal connection and downloads. How is it going to be metered??

How do 'they' know if you are surfing or downloading???    Think about this last one!!!!
