It certainly looks like a planned event. Just consider.......All of these new organisations like DHS and FEMA have been brought in. FEMA Camps are set up all over America, which could be used as quarantine camps. Remember the barb wire has been laid out to keep people inside. Prison Trains have been built and are sitting in sidings.Then you have the coffin liners.  An easy job to transport peeps right into the camps and bury them in mass graves.

However as I said further down. A disease can get out of control and mutate. Only now does it appear that otherwise healthy folks can survive Ebola by taking a cocktail of drugs.I think that Ebola is a last resort to de populate,commence Marshall Law and start WW3 which they seem desparate to do
