The dark powers have tried just about every which way but medical to bring about Martial Law in America before Obola reaches the end of is presidency. Had they succeeded, the Election would be cancelled until Martial Law was ended.

If total control of everything in America is under one man, outwith any Government control, the way would then  be clear to have WW3 which they appear so desperately to want to happen. Why they want ww3 is a complicated question. America is bankrupt but has huge amounts of military material basically doing very little. The whole economy has gone too far to the military side of the guns or butter maxim of Economics. They need Wars!! Lots of Wars or better still one big one !!  Then they can get rid of loads of their stockpiles and blame the costs of the War for them being broke!  The major War would, of course, be fixed in advance to be non nuclear. Just like two teams of football supporters meeting up,by arrangement for a fight on match day.

After the dust settles, America could then re jig their economy into a more even one of domestic manufacture and a small amount of arms production as opposed to the other way round as it is today.There would also be a reduction of population and much aggrandisement along the way as the bigger countries would gobble up the smaller ones and their resources.

We would end up with America, Russia, China and Europe left to rebuild having swallowed up Asian countries into the Chinese block. Russia would get most of the Balkans,Turkey And Greece. Europe would be pretty much the same. America would swallow Canada Mexico and Central America.

We would all eat rice provided by India and get stoned with product from South America.

How to kick start the above has been the problem and I think that Ebola is a last ditch tilt at the windmill. If it spreads quickly, Muslim extremists will be blamed and Marshall Law is a certainty. Blaming Muslims allows boots of the ground in revenge and could easily escalate into WW3. Ebola is not easy to control which is why it is a last ditch. They appear to have something which actually cures it in reasonably healthy people such as the British nurse. So those on the list will get their shots. We shall s what happens in Dallas.

Ebola could work for the mad folks in that it gives them de population, Marshall Law, some group to blame and attack which, due to various international alliances, could,very easily,lead to WW3. This would give more de population and a vast reduction in military stock piles which are money on the ground and useless at present. There would also be an excuse for being broke.

The aftermath from this huge strammash would be big blocks concentrating on the butter side of the maxim rather than the military one. The egos involved just will not admit that they have got it wrong over the past 50 years. The way forward is peace not war. Perhaps this coming upheaval might put us on a more even middle of the road track of manufacturing for the benefit of people.
