Most Far East countries consider dog meat to be a delicacy. They don't like cats because the meat is too stringy! Apparently they both taste like veal, which, by the way is a young deer much loved in the West.
The French eat horse meat, snails and frog's legs the British eat.................
Veal pigeon quail grouse liver tripe haggis lamb crab muscles oysters caviar lobster. Sod it....if it tastes good....eat it !!!
