David Cameron pledges to reform 'unfair' system where Scots MPs vote on English issues |
I am all for a situation in which the MP's of a Uk member country vote, to the exclusion of others, on matters concerning their country. This would mean that only Scottish MP's vote on Scottish matters. There is one Conservative Mp in the House of Commons. The majority are Labour and a very few are SNP or Liberal. So all Scottish votes will be won by Labour all the time!!
