BBC News - Ebola outbreak: What is risk of catching it on a flight?

BBC News - Ebola outbreak: What is risk of catching it on a flight?

Inside a plane all air is recycled through filter screens. There is no fresh air. Opening a window just ain't too clever. So all of the air passes through filter cloth. I have no clue as to the micron sizes that the filters will stop, but I doubt if they will stop Ebola, which is very small indeed!

So if it is on the plane, probably all are at risk. Otherwise, why are the Americans trying to trace fellow passengers of the Dallas nurse,if the filters stop it.
