Ebola vaccine from GSK to begin U.S. clinical trials within weeks-sources
It normally takes from 10 to 15 years for a drug to come on the market after rigorous testing. Ebola vaccines,not fully tested,are flying off the shelves. This will allow big Phama to make a case for shorter testing periods,because it was done for Ebola. Shorter test periods mean quicker,bigger profits.
A cynic might say that Ebola was released from a lab to do just this. Strangely enough, there is a spook lab some 20 miles from the first outbreak.
