I actually thought that the Liberals would have suffered  badly at the hands of UKIP. However, it appears to be Labour who are losing lots of seats.

So this cannot be a protest vote, against the government of the day, as often happens, when the result really doesn't matter. Very few people understand Europe, but merely raise their hands in horror, at some of the stupid laws which are forced upon, us by them.

Roll on Scottish independence, when Scotland will not be a member. Hopefully, there will be a referendum,on a first past the post basis. This time without any dodgy percentages being added, surreptitiously, near voting day. Then we can decide whether we join or not.  Hopefully not !!
