So they have hassles following  G Mail and Dropbox  both of which I use.  However  I luv the click&clean extension for google chrome and firefox.  It lets you empty your cache and cookie areas, it has a disc cleaner and a malware search built in too.
But my chief weapon was provided by www.torproject.org  This program only registers you contact to Tor. Any URL which you enter is then contacted by Tor, on your behalf, the signal comes back to Tor and is then sent to you.Tor acts as a bridge between yo and the url site and nothing is recorded by your ISP
