I hinted that I was going to get into this teacup reading soothsayer lark in a post further down and then chickened out. BUT.............here we go...............
South America.........Chavez is on his last legs and the next Government will be pro America which will give them a foothold in South America which they have never had.  the reasoning is simple  Venezuela get American money investment but the Americans will not figure this out as they just print more money to send down there for no return whatever.!  Drugs will continue to flow North, unhindered.
Mexico -- America...........The trans whatever highway is being talked about again.  more will be done to allow Mexican lorries to move across the border which in turn will allow even more drugs into America.
Canada.....is a real dark horse!  They just sit on top of America and make money from Americans crossing the border to buy cheaper medicine and other goods.
Europe..............As more and more ridiculously poor countries are allowed membership, with their peoples allowed free movement, more and more Eastern European gangs will move in to enjoy rich pickings. Something has got to give before we are all broke!!  I think that the uk will finally see sense and leave them to it.
China..............they will continue getting more outward looking and buy up more and more assets at very cheap prices. However they gotta watch that they don't get stung a few times.!!
America..........Well it all depends on gun control now. Will Americans be prepared to become criminals overnight ?  I actually don't think so. They are brainwashed from Kindergarten to pledge allegiance to whatever nutty rulers are in power at the time and they will hand in there machine guns and rocket propelled grenade launchers in return for money because they will be so poor that they need to do it !! Of course, there will be many Waco and Ruby Ridge incidents, but, in general, I think that they might just get away with it. Probably a few more patsys will be involved to bolster up the cause.
As more and more drugs flow in, more and more stoned people with machine guns is not recommended for any society.
