When they make it, as they surely will do, it could quite easily be released, as an aerosol, from a plane flying over,or near to, a country. Or even better, from a robot plane, orbiting he Earth.
Strangely enough, the Americans have just such a vehicle, which is now on it's third secret mission, going round and round,apparently, doing nothing at all. I have linked this plane, in my posts,with no evidence whatsoever,to the deaths of animals and fish, in huge,unusual numbers, all round the World.. It is my contention, that they have been spraying poisons into the atmosphere,to do trial runs, in order to judge the tangents and heights needed for future reference. Poisons now exist to take out black headed people, or white people, or black people, but that would be rather obvious. So why not a super killer strain of the flu???
