We should cut our losses and leave, rather than throwing more money into a bottomless pit as more poor countries join up and milk the system. The idea is to bring every country down to the same level by redistributing the wealth, equally, among the members and then go forward, as a huge collective, with one overall Government. As Orwell wrote in Animal Farm which was a satire on the League of Nations set up, 'some are more equal than others!!'
