It just goes to show you that the infamous 'they' don't give a damn any more as they roll about in their death throws at the end of the game. They can't even plan a shooting properly!!  Continually people fall for this rubbish. So what does it say about them?
Just look at how many incidents there have been since 9/11 which were sloppier and sloppier from then onwards.  9/11 with no bodies, not one !!  An engine, in the street, which was the wrong one, for the planes, supposedly, involved. The planes were still flying hours later, too.  The high tech was good using holograms.
But it all just went to their heads.
We had the bus and tube trains in London. More sloppy work. Why would four terrorist suicide bombers buy return tickets? How could they get to London, on a cancelled train? Why were the holes in the train floor, ripped from underneath to the inside, instead of the other way round, as should have happened, had an explosion taken place inside the carriage?  Why were no cameras working anywhere? Then there was the ' in ' joke of the bus blowing up right outside the Tavistock Institute, which is one of the biggest spook houses, in the World, which  has been going for centuries, doing all sorts of crap. These guys were patsys and shot running to the newspapers, at Canary Wharf.
Bin Liner's double got his pay off and 20 of the supposed raiding party are all dead now in various crap accidents, suicides and crashes. One or two is certainly possible, but 20 of them, please come on !! The lack of planning is just showing that they no longer care about even trying to fool the public. They are so delusional that they believe they can get away with anything, any time, any where.
It has just got worse from then onward with shootings related to a Batman movie!!. How comic book is that?? now there is no high tech, no cast, no script just fill a fool up with drugs and point him or her at the target. They don't even have to do anything, just be there to take the fall after a few psychos do the wet work.
Then they kill the psychos. It's cheaper that way.
