Pentagon Announces Troop Deployment in 35 African Nations | _

I have always said that everything, yes everything, goes in cycles. There are 3 year, 5 year and 10 year plans, in finance, which begin with an up turn and end in a downturn and then begin again. I have made money out of three of these cycles by going in after two years and getting out about the seventh year.
I remember that American advisers went into Viet Nam, just to help out. I remember that Chinese advises went into Angola, just to help out.  I remember the Russians going into the Congo, just to help out.  Humanitarian, my arse !! These moves were all planed to provide income,simply income.
Now America is trying to get into Africa, a bit late, but that's the plan.  Africa is the last place, on Earth, that has huge untapped reserves of everything that has been plundered, ruined, squabbled over and stolen from everywhere else. Oh and they have a labour force, too.
More and more African leaders have been 'trained' in corporatism as opposed to tribalism. They have been converted and they are up for grabs to the highest bidder, because they are ahead of the cycle. Their countries' do not have laws, in place, to stop the wholesale robbery, which is going to take place over the next 20 years, as the big three rape Africa and take away the gold, diamonds, uranium,copper,coal and every mineral under the Earth, in order to make gazzillions more money. Then they will move on to the next plan and that infamous phrase, 'emerging markets' which will be other Planets, as there will be nothing left here to sustain anything.
When will we ever learn??
