Of course the dead vote in Elections in every country. There is always somebody who will use the ID of a dead person to cast an extra vote.
However, in the UK, the fiddles are much bigger than a few dead votes. Muslims are allowed to have four wives and if each wife has had two kids, then, eventually, the head of the family will have nine votes to influence. By using the postal vote system, they don't even have to turn up!!
Another scam is the rent a room game. A home owner can rent the same room to three different people on a bed and breakfast basis. In a three bedroom home that amounts to 12 votes. The living room is used too!!!
Many landlords just use folks papers to claim the money while they stay with friends or parents. They are not required to report a person moving out and if a spot check is actually made, then they are visiting a friend or out working casual.
So people coming and going, who have their names on the electoral Register,will all get a vote whether they live there or not!!!  Any person can stick down a couple of names on the register, via the Internet with no checks made .This leads to fiddling benefits and credit card fraud. if the name put down is a clean one, which it obviously is, then applications can be made for cards in all of the names at that address!!!!
The new game is to rent a flat,fill it with fictions, claim bed and breakfast, apply for cards and grow cannabis!!!
