Since all of the hassles regarding downloading from Pirate Bay, more and more people are putting movies on YouTube.
So as far as I am concerned, it must be okay to post them, as surely Utube would not allow them to be placed on there site. Would they???
Surely, as they are up there, they are now in the public domain??? Ain't they?? We shall see, but there are no Court cases regarding it so therefore if Court has not said it is wrong then it must be right, right !!!
