Of course she should not have been named. Even if she shagged a regiment of the Welsh Guards that never condones rape. However these peeps, thinking that the trial was over, published her name.
Strangely enough, the ball kicker is in Court, later today, to appeal against the trial result, which is exactly why her details should not have been published. They claimed ignorance of the Law which is no defense whatever.
So if he wins his appeal, even then her details should not be made public which I think is wrong. After the Law has taken it's course, if a person is found innocent then his accusers should be outed in my opinion.
