Rebellion erupts over school’s student-chipping plan

These little lab rat tests are pushed forward as fun and great for saving money. In fact, they are just 'real time' test on a micro scale before going macro with the chips inside everyone.
An attempt was tried, to chip new born babies, in a test hospital, giving the reason that they could not be stolen from the wards. Strangely, there had been a spate of attempts, to steal babies, at the very hospital that the 'experiment' was to be tried out in.!!!
