There are loads of these stories coming out that this or that financial institution is broke!!  Somehow, they stay in business,so where are the numbers,what is the proof?  
Anyone, can write and publish, anything, on the internet and it just depends on how many re publish actions take place, on how popular the piece becomes. Pieces written in support of a product or company are called 'puff' pieces where high praise is made to induce us to buy the product. Holiday firms have done it for years by taking journalists on piss up holidays. Car companies do it, by 'lending' cars to journalists, for their partners or kids to use.
So why not attack Morgan Stanley, Chase and all of the others. Kick them when they are down,has become a great booster.  But nothing much ever changes apart from bankers buying their own shares cheaper and awaiting the rise in the prices again.
