Strange that the Russians are moving towards a Capitalist system from their old Communist one. T run a country in completely one or the other system does nt work any more. The UK saw that and moved towards a Right of Centrist view point.
The days of polarity are over and I wrote, a while ago, that Obamarama was actually doing America a favour, in the long run, by dragging the country away from a continual Right Wing ruled system to one more in the Centre,where no one Party has the power, all of the time.
