Normally the fly on the wall, secret squirrel, type expose documentaries come out after the event, to show all of the failings. which must happen at huge events. The trick is to cover up the poor bit ,so that they cannot be exploited. Hind sight being a wonderful thing, I suppose these could serve as training films.
