He probably has got drug induced amnesia and was locked away, somewhere, while the shootings took place, in the cinema. Nose job 1 then carried out the shootings and was taken away, leaving nose job 2 to awake and become the fall guy!!!
Nose job 1 could well not know what happened either, as he could have been told that he was firing blanks as part of a security drill, going on at the same time. He would then have been taken away and bumped off!
