So Charles Green says that he has done a deal with the taxman. He doesn't even own the club yet!! Craig Whyte did a deal with Ticketus before he owned the club and look what happen there!! Green cannot deal with the Revenue as he is not the owner. They may have had informal conversations, but the Taxman can only deal with principals or their nominated agents.
