So now we have it all!  He is a stranger, stoned, previously proven to be violent, a proven bully, weighting about 200lbs and standing over six foot tall. He meets a guard who enquires, who are you? Then he attacks him!!  The guard has two black eyes, a broken nose, cuts, bruises and grass stains on his clothing.The guard shoots him at a distance, presumably, as he is running away after attacking him.
Now who mention colour?  The black Panthers sure jumped the gun in this one !!
