Quite a good wheeze by the Government to tell people to fill up with petrol. As the cars will now be heavier, with a full load of petrol, they will use more and drivers will have to buy more. The Government then collects the fuel duty, more VAT on the sales and more Corporation Tax on the profits made by selling more.
The tax year, strangely enough, ends on 5th April, next week!!!!
