Why was she doing it in the kitchen with the gas cooker on ??? This can hardly be the Ministers fault who advised people to store in the garage!!! One is allowed to store some fuel for garden lawn mowers, hedge cutters and portable generators. I think that the maximum is two gallons, from memory.
So why is he to blame for this woman's accident?
