The three presenters on the car show Top Gear have over the past few years, tried to bring in satire and inject cynical comments about any target that they fancy into their presentation. Apart from these outbursts of bad taste which propel them into the headlines the vast majority of people would not have heard of any of them.
However by indulging in this 'shock, horror,' genre they have pushed the cars, which the show should be all about, into the background and Top Gear has just become a three handed stand up comedy show with some cars in it. The car is no longer the star, they are!!!
