Unless they are causing damage the people are in a public building which was built with public money. The people in the building are members of the public. The police are paid from the public purse and when they are not working for the public they, too, become the public. The costs of the electricity,etc., are borne by the public whether the public are inside or outside of this public building.
It is high time that the public took over Government. Sacked every single national and local Government official, sat down and started again. Tinkering is no use, anymore. Let's have some "controlled" Anarchy this Spring/Summer and then start again in the Autumn with a "Pheonix like"new system. If the public don't do this then the alternative, which is the Illuminati Master Plan, after the riots and looting which are coming, will be more big one World Government It has to be broken down and not consolidated any further.
They are "engineering" man against man, man against Government, man against employer,enraging man to a point when he will turn round and ask, nay demand, that Big Government help. Oh sure they will say, but we need our 'pound of flesh' having engineered the whole thing in the first place. The Hegelian Dialectic in all it's glory.
